1. Returns and Exchanges:

We know sometimes an item is not what you thought or does not fit. We allow you to return items within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Simple bring your item in or send your item back to us with your receipt, which is on the back of the shipping label. Refunds will be issued in the form of a Mainstream Boutique online account credit, which can be used online only.

All return packages must be received within 14 days of the date of original purchase.
Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a Mainstream Boutique Lancaster store credit which can be used online only.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made a mistake.
Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased items.
Clearance items cannot be returned.

Any item that is returned, not meeting the above criteria, will not be accepted and will be held for the customer to pick up.

Sezzle Returns/Cancellations:

We do offer full store credit for all returns and cancellations, including items paid for with Sezzle.
If an item is returned or cancelled before all the Sezzle payments have been made, you will have to make all remaining Sezzle payments, before a refund can be issued.

2. Shipping and Delivery:

We offer standard shipping within the United States, and the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. If you require expedited shipping or international delivery, additional charges may apply. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's status.
